Der sog. Wohnvorteil ist ersatzweise Einkommen, weil der Unterhaltspflichtige keine Miete zahlen muss, sondern im Eigentum wohnt.
Korrekterweise ist der Wohnvorteil so zu berechnen, dass Werbungskosten für diese Immobilie (Instandhaltung, Elementarversicherung etc.pp.) das Einkommen wiederum senken.

Ansonsten stimme ich Iglu zu. Wenn der Kindesunterhalt schon tituliert ist, dann ist das gelaufen.
