Zum Ehevertrag:

Wenn die Frau Ausländerin ist und der Mann Deutscher, nehmen die Gerichte REGELMÄSSIG an, dass dieser Vertrag nur deshalb geschlossen wurde, um die Frau unangemessen zu benachteiligen. Stichwort "Binationale Ehen, Import eines Zierfischs, Mail-Order-Bride" und dergleichen mehr.

Wenn die ausländische Frau vor Gericht beteuert, nicht gewußt oder verstanden zu haben, was sie da unterschrieben hat, kann der deutsche Ehemann dieses Papier auf der Toilette einer sinnvollen Verwendung zuführen......
