Abgesehen vom positiven Aspekt der Schuldsprechung eines Anklägers, der offensichtlich mehr seine Karriere als die Rechtsfindung im Sinn hatte, kann man sich fragen, warum er nicht die gleiche Strafe erhielt, die sein Opfer erhalten hat:
